Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package with Care

  Place the appliance in its original box with all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
